YOGA

During Yoga an emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This format is based on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.

BARRE

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class, combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

BARBELL

Looking to get lean, toned and fit?

With Barbell we will use light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, giving you a total body workout. Weight selection is completely up to you.

ZUMBA

Zumba classes combine fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning. In every Zumba lesson four core rhythms are always present: merengue, salsa, cumbia and reggaeton.

MIXXEDFIT

Mixxedfit classes are a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning. Everything about this dance fitness program can be described as explosive. All the movements are big, exaggerated and full of fun.

CRAZY BUNS & CORE

Tribe Booty Work is a strength training class that focuses on tightening and toning the core and lower body with an emphasis on booty work. Fusing elements of core work, body weight, bands and resistance these exercises are targeted towards abs, legs, thighs and butt. 

ATHLETIC BOOT CAMP


Athletic boot camps use Emom style of training, working the entire body each day of the bootcamp. 

B.O.M.B. BOOT CAMP

B.O.M.B. Boot Camp is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.

BOOTCAMP


Boot camps are 45 minutes of circuit conditioning and strength. This class will leave your body burning calories all day.

STEP & PUMP

Step & Pump is basic, yet includes challenging and fun choreography. With cardio and strength training/resistance intervals. 

INDOOR CYCLE

With Indoor Cycle you control the intensity and the burn. It's fun and low impact on the joints. With great music our instructor’s take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

HIIT CYCLE

HIIT Cycle has less recovery time and higher heart rate challenges.

FULL BODY STRENGTH

Tribe Fusion combines mat pilates, bootcamp,

 stretching, strength and endurance trainings.
