Our instructors will take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging. Our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. Our group training classes will focus on mind/spirit/body, cardio health and strength.
Jeanine Gonzales has been a fitness manager, leader, mentor, and trainer for more than 15 years. She has national certifications and licenses to teach AFAA, Cycle, and Zumba Fitness, as well as, multiple other formats.
Renee Schriener has a college degree in Nutrition and Physical Fitness.She has multiple certifications through AFAA. She is an amazing fitness instructor and will be teaching strength and conditioning classes along with yoga.
Blondina Polazzo has 26 years experience as a Fitness & Nutrition Professional and was Healthy Woman of the Year in 2009. She is certified in cycle, nutrition, kickboxing, and CRT, and that’s just to name a few. Blondina will be teaching cycle, boot camps, as well as, strength and conditioning classes.
Laura Angel is from Argentina and has been a Zumba instructor for over 10 years. She is our own Zumba Education Specialist (ZES). Get ready for some amazing Zumba dance parties!
Trace Belew has been teaching group exercise for 10 years. She has National Certifications and Licensed to teach in AAFA, Zumba, Pound and PILOXING. She is a Stage 3 Breast Cancer Survivor, and with Zumba, she danced off 100lbs. Fitness keeps her alive.
Kayla Krumrey is 21 years young and will be teaching Barre classes. Fitness became a number one priority in her life when her lung disease, Cystic Fibrosis, caused a massive decrease in her health. With the help of attending regular Barre classes she was able to gain back some of her lung function and surpassed all her doctors’ expectations. She knew right then and there she had to become certified to teach Barre and help other people reach their goals.
Ayako Dominguez is a wife and mom of 3 children. She is from Okinawa, Japan and landed in Saint Louis 3 years ago. She is a licensed Zumba, MIXXEDFIT, and Strong by Zumba Instructor. She has been teaching Zumba for 8 years and MIXXEDFIT for almost 3 years.
Jose Dominiquez was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and arrived to the St. Louis area 3 years ago from Okinawa, Japan where he spent a total of 14 years between Active Duty Military and Defense Civil Service. Jose has been a licensed Zumba Instructor since 2017, and absolutely loves it, especially since he is blessed with the unique opportunity to be part of a husband and wife Zumba Duo.
Tori Arnone believes that our bodies are our best teachers, as an instructor, she is there to open the door but it’s up to you to walk through. Her practice is putting everything else on hold and connecting to her inner self. Her passion is to share the positive effects yoga has had upon her life. Modifications are always offered to make her class accessible for everyone.
Greg Bunton was a 3-sport athlete in high school and a collegiate and semi-pro baseball player. Greg’s background in fitness was cemented early in performance-based lifting and cardio. Like millions of others through the grind of day-to-day life and work, he lost sight of himself and gained over 100 lbs. Eventually, enough was enough and he took the steps to get himself and his health back. Greg is also a drummer and vocalist for an extremely well-established local band.
Ilda Porter has been teaching for 16 years and is AFAA certified Personal Trainer. Ilda will be teaching boot camps, as well as, strength and conditioning formats.
Meghan Strassner has been passionate about health and wellness for many years. Her degree in Food & Nutrition led her into long-term care. She is a nursing home administrator, but her heart is in fitness. She is certified to teach group fitness classes and the CRT Method.
Gina Sanders has been in the fitness industry for 20+ years. She has completed marathons and several triathlons. Gina is an Elementary School Teacher in the Wentzville School District.
Heather Jordan is a Family Physican by trade and now works in research. She discovered her love of Spinning 8 years ago and cycling is still her favorite class! Since that time she has become a certified instructor in Spinning, Body Pump, RPM and Conditioning Together.
Jesse Heinz started her journey in San Diego, CA when she was 18 years old. Moving from Missouri to California on a whim she decided to go to a Fire Academy, which led to a job doing woodland firefighting. On the off season she got her EMT license, attended a 200 hour Yoga teacher training course and started coaching CrossFit. She has returned to Missouri and is excited to help enhance the lives of others through yoga.
